Processing Time

 

Orders process and dispatch within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive an email with shipment details and tracking once your order is confirmed.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

 

Domestic (Within Pakistan)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of PKR 12,000 or More

International (Outside Pakistan)

  • Standard International: 10–20 business days
  • Express International: 5–10 business days

Shipping fees and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

We partner with trusted carriers for reliable delivery:

  • Domestic: TCS, Leopard, Pakistan Post
  • International: DHL, Skynet, FedEx, EMS, or local postal services

Your selected carrier and method will be in your order confirmation.

 

Order Tracking

 

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking status to appear online. Track your order directly on the carrier's website.

 

Shipping Address

 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Shalsaz is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

Duties, Taxes & Customs

 

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility. Shalsaz is not liable for such charges imposed by your country.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, email info@shalsaz.com with your order number and a brief description. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
