Shalsaz Return Policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping costs

Return shipping costs for orders cancelled or returned under this policy will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

 Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and correct the issue.

 

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, or if custom made. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. As above, the item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

 

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
